“The Word Became Flesh” ORCHESTRATION

A unique feature of The Word Became Flesh orchestration is that it can be played with a full orchestra or a chamber orchestra. When using a chamber group, the Organ Supplemental Edition ($50) supplements a smaller string section and also replaces the trumpet, trombone, and tuba parts in the full orchestra score. This allows the same parts, from the full orchestral score, to be used as a smaller ensemble.

In addition to the original instrumentation of the score, The Word Became Flesh orchestration also contains skillfully crafted supplemental parts for additional instruments such as Alto, Tenor and Bari Sax, Bass Clarinet, Flugel Horn, and synth string reduction.
